The Experts Behind the Alliance
Camden Lott, RN, 340B ACE
Bryce Leach, 340B ACE
Camden's passion in life is to help others in any way that he can. After graduating nursing school, Camden began working for a 340B consulting company and quickly realized how a well managed 340B program can help a covered entity and their patients. A few years later, 340B Alliance was then co-founded in 2025 to help entities and contracted pharmacies build a healthy 340B Program to assist patients who may not otherwise be able to obtain affordable care. Camden resides in Newton, MS.Â
Bryce is a wife to her husband of six years, and a mother to their two sons. Bryce enjoys helping others and developing strong business relationships to ensure best outcomes. In 2020, Bryce began working in the 340B consulting industry, and continues to work towards optimizing client’s 340B program. 340B Alliance was formed in 2025 to help covered entities maximize their 340B programs, while keeping compliance as the priority. The 340B program is intended to help rural hospitals and communities thrive, and being from the small, rural town of Conehatta, Bryce knows first hand how much a healthy 340B Program can help hospitals provide the best care for patients.Â
